About SCS Facility Services

SCS Facility Services is a multi-discipline property services contractor supporting housing providers, local authorities and commercial clients across the North West, North East and Cumbria, with the capability to deliver specialist works nationwide where required.

We deliver a wide range of property maintenance, environmental and specialist services through one experienced and accountable team. From day to day works through to large scale projects and specialist support, our role is simple — to provide clients with a reliable contractor capable of handling multiple workstreams safely and efficiently.

Today, SCS operates with over 35 directly employed staff and a fleet of more than 30 vehicles working daily across occupied homes, void properties, blocks, estates and commercial buildings. Our core delivery areas cover the North West, North East and Carlisle, while specialist services including biohazard cleaning, asbestos works, pest control programmes and environmental cleans are delivered for clients across the UK.
