Yes, depending on the service. Our day to day property maintenance and reactive services are mainly delivered across the North West and North East, including routine repairs, maintenance callouts and waste clearance works. However, we can also support nationwide coverage for larger refurbishment projects, planned works programmes and specialist energy efficiency upgrades. If you are unsure whether we cover your area, it is always worth asking. We are flexible and will always do our best to support where possible.

Yes, we do. While we mainly work with social housing providers, local authorities and maintenance companies, we are also happy to take on residential work for homeowners where required. We can support across our full range of services, from property repairs and refurbishments through to planned improvements and specialist works, depending on location and scope.

Yes, health and safety compliance is built into how we operate. We work in line with CDM regulations and follow robust health and safety processes across all projects, from reactive maintenance through to refurbishment and planned works. We are SMAS accredited and SafeContractor accredited, and we are working towards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards to strengthen our quality, environmental and health and safety management systems. Our teams also use a digital PDA system on site to confirm they have read and understood the relevant RAMS before starting work, complete dynamic risk assessments, log hazards, and record job information with photos where required.

Yes, where needed. We use trusted, vetted subcontractors to support specific trades, specialist workstreams, or higher volumes of work during busy periods. All subcontractors are required to meet our standards for quality, compliance and health and safety, and works are managed under the same site controls, RAMS and operating procedures as our directly employed teams.

Yes. We can attend site to complete property surveys, defect inspections and condition reports, then provide a clear written quotation with scope of works and recommended next steps. This includes surveys for repairs, refurbishment works, compliance related issues and planned improvements. Where required, we can also support with specifications and programme planning for larger projects.

In many cases yes. Sometimes the panels are still in good condition and it is only the posts that have failed. In these situations the fence can often be re secured by installing new posts rather than replacing the entire fence.

Costs depend on the type of fencing, number of panels and whether posts need replacing. A site visit usually helps determine the best option.

Fencing contractors can assess storm damage and carry out repairs or replacements depending on the condition of the fence.
